918 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 918 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using the 918 platform on any device or browser, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all 918 platform users without exception, including new users, registered users and visitors without an account. 918 reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
To make full use of the 918 platform, you are required to register a valid personal account. Each user is only permitted to have one account — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must notify 918 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 918 is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Users must be of age 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform. Registration by minors is prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately upon identification.
3. User Responsibilities and Rules of Use
As a user of the 918 platform, you agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund of balance:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts or third-party tools to access or exploit the platform.
- Sharing, lending or transferring your account to another individual.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity falsification or unlawful activity while using the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack or disrupt the systems or infrastructure of the 918 platform.
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Malaysian law.
918 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching the rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions and Currency
All financial transactions on the 918 platform — including deposits, wagers and withdrawals — are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No foreign currency payment methods are accepted directly; any currency conversion, where applicable, is entirely the user's responsibility and is not covered by 918.
The 918 platform supports local payment methods including e-wallets such as Boost and Touch 'n Go, as well as bank transfers via FPX. Deposits are typically processed within minutes, while withdrawals require a completed identity verification (KYC) before being processed.
918 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of platform terms. Withdrawal requests may be rejected or delayed until an investigation is completed. Users agree that 918 is not liable for any delays arising from these standard security checks.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be checked in your account settings or by contacting customer support.
5. Liability Limits and Account Policy
918 provides this entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis (as-is) without any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. 918 accepts no liability for any financial loss, loss of anticipated profits, indirect or consequential damages suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
918 reserves the right to suspend or close the account any user under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or unauthorised access.
- A request from a regulatory body or law enforcement authority.
- Account inactivity exceeding the period specified under the platform's internal policy.
Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded. For accounts closed for other reasons, the balance refund procedure will be communicated to the user through their registered contact channel.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 918 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, brand names and software — is the exclusive property of 918 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 918.
Third-Party Links
The 918 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 918 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Users who access third-party links do so at their own risk.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
918 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
